Sauder Education® Earns Coveted GREENGUARD® Certification on Renewable Lounge Product Line
ARCHBOLD, OHIO – Sauder Education® – a leading supplier of sustainable, renewable lounge, desk seating and tables for higher learning institutions across the United States – is pleased to announce the company recently was granted GREENGUARD Certified from UL Environment for its upholstered lounge furniture lines. GREENGUARD Certification is a globally recognized, independent, third party evaluation program for low-emitting products and materials. Sauder Education has earned critical acclaim for its popular Puzzle and Rally lounge furniture and Trey® convertible chair as well as its dining and lifestyle tables and chairs.
GREENGUARD Certification is a voluntary certification process that evaluates a product’s chemical emissions, so consumers can identify and purchase products that contribute to better indoor air quality and healthier environments. GREENGUARD Certification is one of the most recognized certifications for product emissions for materials, products and furnishings used in homes, schools, healthcare environments, and commercial spaces. Additionally, GREENGUARD Certification provides manufacturers and building owners with a tool to legitimize and promote their sustainability efforts.
